Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review and resolve the issue promptly. Upon approval, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Because all products are made to order and feature original designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind. Please review the size chart provided in the product description or image gallery carefully before placing your order.
Although rare, items may occasionally be mislabeled or damaged during transit. If this happens, please notify us within the required timeframe and provide the requested documentation so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
