Returns, refunds and exchanges:

 

Refunds or replacements are available only if you receive an incorrect item or if your item arrives damaged. If this occurs, please contact our support team at support@graphixstreet.com within 7 business days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review and resolve the issue promptly. Upon approval, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

 

Because all products are made to order and feature original designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
